Retrofit Cost Analyzer
The Retrofit Cost Analyzer (RCA) is an Excel-based tool that can be used to estimate the cost of building and operating pollution control such as SCR, SNCR, Wet FGD, Dry FGD, DSI, ACI and PM. The assumptions embedded within this tool were developed to inform modeling. Users may choose to make modifications in the underlying data and assumptions in their own applications. EPA also welcomes user feedback on this resource and its data and assumptions using our online form.
