Public Notice: Proposed Settlement with City of Cambridge for Clean Water Act Violations in Idaho

EPA alleges that the respondent failed to comply with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit at its wastewater treatment plant. The permit covers discharges of pollutants into the Weiser River.
