Public Notice: Proposed settlement with LGI Homes – Washington for Clean Water Act violations

EPA is providing notice of a proposed administrative penalty settlement with with LGI Homes – Washington, LLC, for violations of the Clean Water Act at its facility located in Seattle, Washington.
EPA alleges that the respondent failed to comply with its Washington Department of Ecology Stormwater Construction General Permit (#WAR310239) at the Earlington (Skyway) Village construction site.
