Join EPA’s CRWU initiative for an in-person workshop on expanding climate resilience at Maryland drinking water and wastewater utilities. Learn about regional climate projections and the tools to gather climate projection data. Hear from the Towns of Middletown and Boonsboro about their climate vulnerabilities and resilience solutions, highlighting the US EPA’s Climate Resilience Evaluation and Awareness Tool (CREAT). Learn about State and Federal funding opportunities for planning and implementing climate resilience projects. Continuing education units will be available for Maryland drinking water and wastewater utility operators. The workshop will take place at the Boonsboro Town Hall, MD on April 18th (9:30am – 3pm).
