Project Description
The Water and Wastewater System Improvements projects will expand the capacity of a water treatment plant and construct a new regional treatment plant. These projects support the planning and design of water and wastewater master plans to ensure continued provision of safe, equitable, and resilient service to the community. Additionally, the projects support the planning and design of priority rehabilitation projects that a focus on resiliency of critical infrastructure, as well as a utility studies to plan upsizing of water lines that will be necessary to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
